Initial Point of Contact and Sales
When you make a free, no obligation appointment with Sovereign Windows, one of our design consultants will contact you and arrange to visit your home. Our consultants are all very experienced in their product knowledge and are there to assist you with any query that you may have. We do not subscribe to high pressure selling or bombard you with sales. Jargon this is totally against our policy.
Our design consultant will discuss your project with you and listen to what you want to achieve with your chosen home improvement, before giving you an accurate (subject to full survey) quotation for your considered project.
We offer a bespoke design service in the comfort of your own home and are happy to take care of any planning queries or building control issues that you may have.
Survey
From survey through to installation, our trained staff will look after you and your home and answer any questions you may have. After you have placed your order, our surveyor will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient appointment to confirm all of the designs and options you have ordered. Detailed measurements will be taken to ensure that your chosen home improvement products will fit perfectly.
Manufacturing
All our home improvement products are manufactured at our state of the art factory. We use high quality materials to ensure that you get the very best product and ensure that all our home improvement products undergo rigorous quality control checks before leaving our factory.
Installation
All of our installers have many years of industry experience, are fully insured and hold qualifications in fenestration installation. They work to a set of quality standards with all installations being carried out in accordance with the Glass and Glazing Federation’s Code of Practice. Your home will be protected with dust sheets and all furniture will be moved and protected wherever necessary. Our installers will ensure the job is done on time and that your home is left as clean and as tidy as when they arrived.
Aftersales Care
